Can i have $2 bucks?

My new neighbors across from my unit just bumped into me and introduced themselves. I thought that was really nice of them and greeted the new neighbors- then after 10 seconds of introduction they said they needed milk. Before i had a chance to offer some of my milk they asked if they can have $2 bucks, well actually, they need five bucks to get milk...

tl;dr- i just got panhandled by the new neighbors
